2011 Head Judge Seminar agrees Addendum 2011
The annual Head Judge Training was again a prolific platform to discuss future perspectives of EMMA and its competition formats. The major points on the agenda were further development of the rules to make them easier to understand, and the production of the upcoming Medias for 2012. The next EMMA Disc will include all SQ Tracks as well as the ESPL Section on one Disc. Also new competition classes like OEM were discussed and some workgroups have arranged to work out the new rules for 2012.
Also an addendum was agreed which is available under www.emmanet.com and valid immediately. The biggest change is the fact that on international events the SQ judging procedure will be changed to a single seat judging where two judges or more will sit in the competitor’s car and judge separately. The reason for this is to speed up the procedure and to become more equitable to the competitors. This rulebook modification also prevents disagreeable discussion after the judging. The results will be averaged then and the competitor receives the score sheets at the ceremony. This regulation is only valid for the upcoming Eurofinals and international Events such like AMICOM.
Last but not least this seminar was a good platform to get together and to communicate on all levels. Next Year this event is supposed to be the most important one because many new belongings will come up.

AMICOM 2011
The AMICOM 2011 will top the premiere last year in all aspects. More exhibitors and more exciting show highlights can be expected. EMMA has a big share of it by organising a huge program around the Kick Off which will be sponsored by Alpine and Kenwood. The stage will be a true hot spot for famous German TV Stars, many lotteries and games as well as for the presentation of spectacular car entertainment systems.

Next to the stage the Installers Team of Sound Cars will install high end car media equipment into a Dodge RAM and a Fiat 500 so the audience will be able to experience the installer’s professional work. At the EMMA booth the project Touran 2011 will be displayed. EMMA CEO´s car was modified by the EMMA Academy to guarantee a full usability combined with amazing functionality and sound. The highlight of the AMICOM will be the Saturday evening “get together”, when most of the Companies will keep their booths open and serve food and beverage to invited guests. Until 11°° PM the Hall 5 will be something like a party zone and EMMA is in the middle and offers Italian specialities around the stage area and the EMMA booth. A must to be there on April 9

European Championships at Consumenta Nuremberg
On a total of 13 000 square meters the 2011 Eurofinals will present all the best In Car Entertainment of the continent. Starting on Saturday, October 30 the most spectacular sound cars of all European Nations will challenge each other to find the best of the best. With an own theme area announced as “Carmediaworld”, the EMMA Finals will be a major part of the Consumenta and shall take a spot on the field of Mobile Media to a wider group of customers. Also the German Nationals will take place at the Consumenta Show. The Date is October 27/28.
